Art Incubator — Ethereum / Verse (Live)
Art Incubator — Ethereum / Verse (Live) 2026–
Art Incubator is a living curatorial and collecting system operating across blockchain-based art ecosystems. Its Ethereum branch focuses on digital artworks understood as works with artistic, historical and institutional significance.
The collection develops through sustained research and long-term engagement with artists, projects and communities. Ethereum is approached as a cultural infrastructure shaped by artistic practices, collectors, curators, galleries, protocols and participatory networks. Provenance, exhibition history, technological context and relationships between works all contribute to how meaning is formed.
This is not a completed exhibition or a fixed canon, but an active collection in development: a space for studying how digital art is preserved, interpreted and introduced into wider contemporary art discourse.
The collection is presented through Verse because the platform connects blockchain-native art with curatorial, gallery and institutional contexts. It provides a public layer through which works can be encountered in relation to their artists, histories and wider fields of practice.
I believe the Tezos and Ethereum art ecosystems will increasingly converge. Their cultures remain distinct, but artists and collectors already move across chains. Verse has shown promising early steps by allowing Tezos works to appear alongside Ethereum works within the same profile, enabling art to be presented through curatorial relationships rather than separated by infrastructure.
Community participation is fundamental to Art Incubator. I engage directly with selected artist-led projects and collector communities through curatorial outreach and intervention, contributing to discussions and observing how collective meaning is created from within.
Art Incubator also studies programmable works, generative systems, on-chain processes, evolving collections and new mechanics that turn collecting into active cultural participation. These are approached as contemporary art practices and as possible foundations for future institutional models.
What appears below is Art Incubator as presented through Verse: a public collection under construction, an evolving archive and a bridge between blockchain cultures and the wider contemporary art field.
